Well, the reason I backed off was digging into the seller's history. Check this out: Joe Cipolla http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/threads/anyone-know-joe-cipolla.16306/ a real scum. I also found that this car was on ebay a few months ago from a different person, and he said the odometer had turned over, so not a 31k mile car. I still like the provenance of the vehicle, but this guy is bad news.
