Well, as you are mixing makes and models and years you'll have to do a little fabrication on your own.
'67 uses a throttle rod. '68 and '69 use throttle cables, so the carb extension levers are different. If you have a '67 throttle rod linkage and a '69 cable-type carb extension, it may or may not bolt up to the '69 carb without modification. I don't know, I don't have a '67 carb on hand. Or the '67 may not use a carb extension at all.
The difference between the Carter Q-Jet and the Rochester Q-Jet are minimal if any for the same model for the same year. They were designed to interchange. Different years makes the bigger difference.
