Some companies are starting to cut the 401K match due to the hard times. Who knows if they will reverse it when times get better. I keep watching my health care get more expensive every renewal time with higher deductiables. It seems like the insurance is only good for major medical. Which is great but when you have two yound kids at home doctor visits get expensive real fast. Vacation at our work is as follows 1 week 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 15 years. I pushed for the 4th week of vaction and after a couple of years they broke down and gave it to us. We had no pto but now get two days a year. With the economy the way it is I'm sure the benefits have been cut back on all new hires.
