I bought a 400 hood from Tamraz and I had no problem with him or his company. I've also received a free set of heads from Bjorn (very generous - all he asked me to do was pay for shipping). In addition I bought a pair of window regulators from 69firebird man for a very fair price and he got them to me quick. Tamraz sounds to me to be a solid individual. He went way beyond the call to come on here and address this situation. I'm a coach and if there is one thing I know for sure there is no way you can make everyone happy - no matter what you do.
