Ok Jim, I'll buy that. But given we only had the two choices what's done is done.
All these questions were addressed at some point along the way. Apparently not answered to everyones satisfaction.
I'm not a Political junkie and didn't dwell on every aspect as all I can do is absorb what gets feed by the media, that's the way of our system.

I was worried when W got elected, I was right that in my mind that he would be a disaster for our country. As yet I don't have that feeling about Obama although I have my reservations.
McCain-Palin I had issue with as well, but given these were our two choices we have to make the best of the choice that was made.

All we can hope for is for level heads to prevail over time. I think he'll do better than McCain would at restoring our standing internationally, I think the world is tired of "America the bully" The world is indeed getting smaller.
Domestically I have my own doubts about his policies but the man isn't an idiot. Neither are most members of Congress (although there are a few in there)
