when the conservatives in Sweden first came to power for a short time...(in the 90s??, then lost again , then regained the power...after the socialists had been in power over 40 years) the socialists said :" Oh ,its easy for you guys now, you come to a set table"
the conservatives answer wa: "yes ,the table was set, but also the dinner was eaten ,its was just the bill to pay that was left on the table!"
