Before picking words and phrases apart to predict political armageddon I suggest you look at this quote, "I have see the enemy and it is ourselves"

We created the longest lasting democracy the world has ever seen. I don't see one man taking it down. If that was the case W would have done it. We held together through his tenure, we'll hold together through this one. We are not the sum of one man or one party. Ebbs and flows throughout our country's history have made us what we are.
